Martial Arts

For the last 4 years, I've been training in Ai-Mute Shotokan at Mejishi Martial Arts in Ferndale. Ai-Mute Shotokan is a modified form of traditional Shotokan.

It seemed rather silly not to have a martial arts section since this is something that I do 3 nights a week these days. I train on Mondays and Wednesdays and I spar on Fridays. I also help teach the Wednesday and Friday children's class.
